The Richmond Supply Schedule Program is the city's competitively awarded, multiple awards, procurement program for providing
products and services to the city of Richmond agencies and departments.
The Richmond Supply Schedule Program is being patterned after the U. S. General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule
Program, which has been proven to be extremely successful in the management of small purchases.
The city may, upon receiving requests from other public bodies, allow those public bodies to ride, or make purchases off of, the
Supply Schedule Contract at the prices set forth therein, even if such bodies did not participate in the procurement.
Contracts are awarded to multiple suppliers who can provide hundreds of products and services to meet recurring needs of governmental bodies. Authorized government personnel will place task or delivery orders for products and services using the Department of Procurement Services procedures. The lead time for procuring such products and services will drastically reduce the time it takes to otherwise conduct a full and open procurement.
Authorized users may visit our list of Contracts Awarded By Company website to begin the process.
Suppliers and/or future contractors seeking to become a part of the Richmond Supply Schedule Program should visit city's
Bids and Proposals website.
